Mo Smith has been creating recipes ever since childhood. These were first tested on the public when she arranged cookery demonstrations in her 15-century Cotswold cottage. The publicity generated was such that she was soon writing for a magazine and broadcasting. Her philosophy has always been to use fresh, seasonal ingredients for healthy meals at speed. Mo sadly passed away in November 2016.
