Her award-winning book "The Last Word On Power: Executive Re-Invention for Leaders Who Must Make the impossible Happen" and Harvard Business Review article "The Reinvention Roller Coaster: Risking the Present for a Powerful Future" are must-reads for senior executives and leaders of today's major industries. She contributed to the Harvard Business Review on Change and lectured to business audiences at the Stanford School of Business.
